Meet Our Team
Michael Zeidner
CEO and Founder
Michael’s resume includes over 30 years of design and manufacturing experience in four continents. His career began in New York as an outerwear manufacturer. Over the years, his business expanded into a diversity of different products and categories. In 2011 he founded a sourcing company, East West Sourcing, with offices in the United States, China and Turkey. Michael now spends most of his time living in Guangzhou, China. The relationships and trust that he has developed with factory owners in China, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, USA and India ensure that each customer is paired with the right factory that will meet all of their needs and expectations.
Mariana Smoliarchuk
Vice President
Mariana brings international experience and expertise to East West Sourcing. She has studied and worked in many countries, such as Ukraine, Poland, Belgium, Malaysia and China. Her ability to speak five different languages makes the communication with our customers and factories more efficient and effective. Mariana is responsible for overseeing our global expansion in both manufacturing and customer acquisition. Included in her resume are Franklin Covey and Vital Smarts certifications in individual effectiveness, leadership and communication skills. Mariana resides in Guangzhou, China.
Scott Peretz
COO
As a U.S. Army Veteran, Scott has learned the importance of listening, communication and paying attention to detail. Scott attributes his success in high level corporate sales to his ability to truly understand his clients’ needs. He is a self-proclaimed “lover of systems” and a strategic visionary. His mantra is “mindset + skill set + execution = results.”
